We install a wide range of commercial flooring suitable for modern office environments, including carpet and carpet tiles, LVT, commercial vinyl, entrance matting and safety flooring.

Each product offers different benefits depending on the area and level of use. Some examples of what we regularly install for clients would be carpet tiles for offices and meeting spaces, LVTs and vinyls in receptions, corridors and breakout areas, and then entrance matting to help protect surrounding floor finishes from dirt and moisture.

We also carry out subfloor preparation, DPM work and finishing/accessories where required, providing a complete flooring solution from preparation through to final installation.

Project Spotlight - Living by Eye Space, Earl’s Court, Priory Park

East Yorkshire Flooring completed flooring works across two commercial office buildings at Earl’s Court, Priory Park for Living by Eye Space, covering approximately 890m² in total.

The project included full subfloor preparation and screeding before the installation of LVT throughout, including the staircase. The stairs were finished with LVT and fitted nosings, creating a durable, consistent finish across both the main floor areas and circulation spaces.
